A very warm welcome to this late Spring Edition of the PPN South East newsletter, and to all new members! I appreciate that psychological and mental health services are busier than ever, and will keep this blog brief.

You will find community of practice updates in this newsletter, on Aspiring Psychological Professionals, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Health Psychologist and Forensic Psychologist regional subnetworks. Thank you to all the co-/chairs for all your hard work!

We are keen to see all 12 psychological professions represented on our PPN SE Board. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate and shape the strategic voice of the psychological professions regionally. Please contact us with any thoughts and ideas, and let your colleagues know that they can join the PPN SE for free.

We are currently working on animated video content for the career map, starting with CBT Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners. We have had a great response so far. The survey is still open this week, and we would like for these videos to speak to a wide and diverse audience. If you can think of anyone who would still like to participate, here is the link.

Soon, you will hear more about the Vision Into Action Project but meanwhile, we invite you to share how your work aligns to the national vision for the psychological professions through social media @se_ppn #PsychologicalProfessionalsIntoAction We would also love to showcase your work on our website. Please get in touch or submit any blogs at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Please see here for the infographic that was co-created through our professional movement Psychological Professions Into Action, and that was launched at PPN Week 2020. The conference materials continue to be available here.
